We offer you 14 days to make a return, including products on sale. However, ALL accessories are final sales.
To make a return just:
1. Request a return slip by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Pack the box in a bag and affix the return slip to the bag. Some repacking fees of $5.00 will be added if the box is not properly wrapped.
3. To call Purolator at 1-888-744-7123 so that he can pick up the package at the desired location or bring it to a Purolator office or if you have a return label from Canada Post bring them to your nearest Canada Post office.
A fixed fee of $ 10 will be deducted from the reimbursement for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. Except for the following administratives regions; Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Nord-Du-Québec, Gaspésie and the following provinces Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick a fees of 18$ will be deducted from the refund. Groupe Le Pacha agrees to take back a product within 14 days of the date of receipt upon presentation of proof of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition for resale. The product must be returned intact in its original packaging. If the product is returned after the proscribed date, incomplete or damaged, the refund may be refused and the product will be returned at your expense.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that you are returning a product due to a delivery error or a defect reported within 14 days. You can return your purchase by sending an email to email@example.com to request a pre-addressed and prepaid return label. You can also return your purchase by mail with your own carrier to A-36 Chemin de La Savane, Gatineau, QC J8T 5C2. You can also return the product to us in store (Gatineau, Hull, Aylmer and Ottawa) to avoid return costs. Carefully pack your merchandise in a plastic wrap or bag, making sure to include your invoice (received by email). A $ 5.00 repackaging fee will be added if the box is unpacked.
