Groupe Le Pacha will continue to ensure that distribution and online support is available to you. In conjunction with COVID-19, we are working hard to ensure that processing times are not longer than normal. We ask for your patience and collaboration as we closely monitor the situation.

Please note: For your convenience, online sales will have FREE delivery on any purchase of $ 75 or more, the return is SIMPLE and we REFUND all products that will not suit you less the cost of return. For returns you must complete the included return slip, pack the box, affix the return label provided with your package and contact Purolator to have them collect the package at your door.

Delivery and Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. For any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service by email at info@chaussureslepacha.ca

How to cancel/change my order?

After placing an order, you cannot modify or cancel. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the parcel. Visit our Terms and Conditions page for return conditions and how to do it.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to Canada at the moment!

How soon will I receive my order?

Standard deliveries are shipped from 5 to 7 working days.

For deliveries to remote areas, the time will be longer.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase for regular price and sale items. Visit our Terms and Conditions for return conditions and how to do it.

How long does the refund take?

Once we take delivery of your item, you will receive your refund within 14 days. We need to inspect the return before making any refund.

How do you secure my personal information?

Groupe LE PACHA INC. use the Monéris online payment solution that is complete and safe.

Which payment methods are accepted?

GROUPE LE PACHA INC. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express (only credit cards issued in Canada).

Do you apply taxes on orders?

Our products on chaussureslepacha.ca, rieker-pacha.com, chaussuresarabais.ca are taxable. These sales taxes are calculated according to the province of Quebec. Shipping fees are also taxable. In case of refund, we will also refund the fees you paid. However, the shipping charges are not refundable.

How do the sizes work?

The sizes on our website are the same as those presented in our 3 stores. We use the US system.
